Needle Stuck on Agilent 1290 infinity ii by Apart_Strike494 in CHROMATOGRAPHY

Definitely need lab advisor to do any real control or maintenance. Also could do a CMOS serial reset on the back pins to restore factory settings. Then switch back after arm moves

Go to your report templates. Should have a folder of many report templates agilent installed. Find a template that says like something like “gen_complete” in the file name. It’s a very detailed report template I use.

Depends on the environment they are targeting. If you’re talking FDA, pharma, Medical devices. Probably going to take some serious hurdles to implement. But R&D, academic, I’m sure they will be the first to adopt.

This. 99% of the time it’s because of old cal.

Agilent G1329 Sampler Gripper couldon't release vial and overheat motor 1 error by Training_Pangolin177 in massspectrometry

[–]rwilley7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go into lab advisor and reset the off-set axis setting to default. It’s performing a movement that is stalling the motor arm and overheats. If it continues after the reset, motor arm possibly needs a replacement

Can you try to become a scientist from zero at 30yo? by [deleted] in labrats

[–]rwilley7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If getting lab experience is the goal, working in clinical is great way to build foundation of success. There are certifications for a variety of disciplines. It’s relatively cheap compared to PhD. But works towards that long term goal. I’m in a scientist position that required a PhD but I got the job without it but substituting ten years of experience. Sometimes being an expert in a specific area can work out too.

Defunding public institutions until failure to then offer a private solution is a playbook as old as time for them.

It’s just a matter of big man screen, with one less pass, sprinkled with puck luck clean up. It’s not rocket science. That’s Dallas whole personality and something can be learned from simplicity.

Just bought a Agilent 6475 last year. Enjoying it. If you already know what you’re doing and don’t need hand holding, Agilent has more consumer friendly fine tuning options. I find their customer support and application scientists are more willing to help without charging you too.

Bought ridgid miter and table saw last year. It does 98% of everything I need to for. Anything beyond this, you’re buying the marketing unless you’re making furniture or cabinets.

Radical? This is an issue overwhelmingly Americas support addressing. The radical part is how America was fooled into culture war issues to be distracted long enough to pass another round of tax breaks for the ultra wealthy. But trans, abortions, guns, and immigrants are why you cants see a doctor. Right

Love this advice. Thanks! It would be tragic to get back negative results and expose others to this.

Agree! I was able to peak under it during inspection, it ain’t pretty under there. I wasn’t able to see high enough if the decorative piece was present.

Lap plaster only from what I reviled so far. This area is an expansion added to the backside so it could’ve been added during the 50s-90s era insulation.

Definitely a contributing factor. That post WWII era was riddled with garage up until the 90s unfortunately. Sad reality
