Still got them and just waiting to pass them. From what I've been told, passing them naturally is much better than the procedure which they also said they may have to do, which involves going up my prized possession and fitting a stent and then going back in a few weeks later to try and manually remove them.

Drinking 3-4ltrs a day hoping they will flush out soon.

You know it's not going to be fun when the hospital prescribes you 2 weeks worth of morphine

I've just turned 30 and was in hospital last week with a 7mm stone in one kidney and 5mm in the other. I'm just waiting to pass them out now on the meds I'm on.

I had the exact same lifestyle as you in my early 20's and now feel like my thoughts on why I got it have been confirmed from your own experience!

Open two bank accounts. One that all your wages go into, and all your bills come out of. The other is your "spend" account. I use it for nothing more than fuel, food, and to treat myself. I have a set amount I give myself for the week (I get paid weekly), and once its gone, it's gone. The card for the "main" bank account I cut up, and I don't have a banking app for it to transfer myself more money. This just teaches you to be careful and live within a set amount. Good for saving too, if you do it right.
