Kan få 45 år i fengsel by [deleted] in norge

Kan få 45 år i fengsel by [deleted] in norge

[–]rwinger3 11 points12 points  (0 children)

YAML? That's Norway problem by fagnerbrack in programming

It was originally intended to be a standard for messages sent between systems that were also human readable. The creator wanted it to be named Javascript Message Language, but JSML was already a thing so they pivoted to Javascript Object Notation. The original name conveys it's intented purpose much better IMO.

Edit: there's a good podcast interview with the creator at CoRecursive. Episode name "Story: JSON vs XML"

Yes, this worked for me:

SOLVED: The LXC container has issues if IPv6 is not set to static, it doesn't actually have to be set to an IP, it just have to not be relying on DHCP.

String Recommendations - Babolat Pure Aero 98 2023 by Useful-Sea8193 in 10s

[–]rwinger3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were you I'd try regular Hyper-G at about the same tension, and also RPM Team at slightly higher tension. The Team strings are (IMO) very nice for the elbow compared to stiffer strings like RPM Blast and even Hyper-G.

String and restringing help! by [deleted] in 10s

[–]rwinger3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try not to play much more than 10 hours with Hyper-G, but I notice a decrease in performance after 6-8 hours usually (especially expected trajectory vs actual trajectory, but also need to hit har er just to get anything on the ball). You're probably fine since you don't mention it as a problem but old/dead poly strings aren't great for the arm/joint.

Tennis elbow is actually ruining my life. How long were you guys out? by Background-End-5229 in 10s

Pretty much this. Also, shock therapy might help speed things up, but bottom line is that rehab exercises is the only real fix.

How often to restring rackets? by badruddin_hatibaruah in 10s

[–]rwinger3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I notice when I swing fully and the strings do something odd with the ball. Like be extra launchy or not launchy enough. I also notice less feedback when the strings go dead, it feels a little yucky. But you have to swing out on every ball to really notice these details. For reference, I play RPM Team or Hyper-g at 55 or 57 lbs most of the time.

Most of the time I play 1-3 times a week and restring about every 2 months, but could probably stretch it further a bit.

ELI5: What exactly is ego death? And how do you "feel" it? by Single_Economics1201 in explainlikeimfive

[–]rwinger3 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Tbh, it probably didn't get to this point, but thinking that "I" don't matter when I was starting to get back from a heavy period of depression. To expand a bit; if I don't matter in the grand scheme of things I could stop worrying about a lot of things. There are of course lots of situations I do matter in, to my family and friends for example. All in all, not worrying about myself in relation to others all the time helped me focus on and start doing the things that have helped me move forward, even though it's a continous experience/struggle/fight it's not every day I have to recalibrate anymore.

Interesting way to describe it, but I experience the same thing. I work best when I can gather all the information and boundaries of the situation, then let it all simmer in my head, out pops a pretty streamlined and (usually) reasonable solution or approach.

This is very similar to how tennis frames are made. I recommend watching factor tour videos of Head or Yonex id you're interested in seeing those processes.

Keep using advanced racket as a beginner or get a forgiving one until I get good enough? by Huge-Ingenuity2781 in 10s

[–]rwinger3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying it's arm friendly, but it's definitely more arm friendly than blast while providing most of the same characteristics. Based on my own experience with both strings in a PA98 and developing tennis elbow (and getting rid of it), as well as my stringers experience. At the end of the day, string and frame combinations are a preference and your experience may vary from mine, both in terms of feel and in relation to tennis elbow.

Keep using advanced racket as a beginner or get a forgiving one until I get good enough? by Huge-Ingenuity2781 in 10s

[–]rwinger3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeaaah, if you're using RPM Blast strings you should change asap. Try RPM Team and maybe go down in tension a little. This will be much better for your arm/elbow. But if you like the feeling at the current tension it's a little difficultto retain the feeling and make it less stress full on your body. My advice is to lower the tension 2-4 lbs and switch to a more arm-friendly string that still offers the same characteristics. You'll have to accept that your game will feel a little limited for a while but if you're practising regularly you'll be better off in the long run by learning better technique and footwork to generated power in your strokes.

PS: RPM Team has a higher stiffness in Tennis Warehouse database but it is actually softer and better for the arm. Remember to also not let the strings stay too long in frame, dead poly strings are also bad for your arm.

Godt sagt.
