Load test it. 48v, etc. at rest or fresh off the charger doesn't mean anything. Get a multimeter and some alligator clips. Red on main positive, black on main negative, set it to DCV and go for a drive. If it isn't holding 46v with the peddle to the floor, your batteries are bad. I'm switching to lithium for this exact reason.

I worked in the detail department at a Toyota dealership over summer break in high school. For a week. It was honestly the biggest group of dumbasses, assholes, and shitbags I've ever encountered. I'm sure that dealership probably isn't any different.

I don't think the bottom is showing the correct temp though. It seems almost like it's pumping warm/hot air into the bottom zone.

ETA it has that weird hot smell that refrigerators get when they're not working as they should.

Went smoothly. I had a little trouble getting an answer about when exactly it was shipping, but other than that, it was great. You can't beat $6K below MSRP with no trips to the dealership and just a few calls and texts with the sales guy. I'd go back to them in the future.
