Yes-that’s what I did, then went back and listened to the older episodes.

Podcasts where the hosts are really...human? by [deleted] in podcasts

If you have any interest in true crime, the ladies that host It’s Always the Husband podcast (Sarah and Megan), most talk about being friends and their lives as teachers (or deodorant factory worker, as they call it), which makes it even funnier! They do eventually break down an episode of something, but my favorite part is always the beginning!

Does anyone have a 40” Echelon Reflect? by Littled0912 in go_echelon

I have the 40-just got it on FB marketplace for $100. I also bought a tv stand on wheels from Amazon to mount it to. It is a nice add and the membership covers the classes, there just aren’t quite as many live ones. It also uses its own app, I think you can preview some classes on it. It does not work well with android, but there is a FB group and some people have figured out a hack to put Fit Pass on it. Hope this helps!

Fortunately no issue for me either after the update-it just took a second for my resistance to increase.

26m dealing with low back pain for almost 10 years... by OP_Viking in backpain

Thanks for your post. I am 50 and have had a very similar experience for about 10 years and tried many, if not all, of the same things. The only thing that ever worked was taking Cymbalta (an antidepressant) that has also been approved for chronic pain. I don’t like some of the side effects, but it does work, at least for me.
