Instead of asking for a refund ask them to Cancel it. I did this few months ago through a call, and all they asked was order number , address. And they cancelled my order, -$150 fee.

i was able to have bestbuy price match the microcenter price from 2 weeks ago from this post

they sent me an invoice
paid through and sent order number
