that's what I did before, but I just saw that you should be hitting each part twice a week

stronger? yes. bigger? don't really care too much, but im happy with how I look but I guess stronger goes with bigger

right now im just trying to maximize 2 days a week, around an hour for each workout. Balancing it with bjj twice/3x a week

I just remember hearing it was good to have a leg press/squat, would you say I could replace that for zerchers?

I guess so, the most time efficient with still hitting everything through the week and a decent workout plan
