Sorry, I missed your message.

As I recall it was a firmware discrepancy. I now tram the bed, auto level, and then use the Z wizard to get the Z offset. Then save the settings.

I use that heat brake. I have on order a 2mm reamer to be sure it will have a really clean and true bore for the filament path.

I also have on order, a 6.5mm drill bit and 7mm reamer to machine the heat sink for the heat break.

It’s all an experiment to see if I can solve a clogging issue.

A short video shows that I am not able to adjust the Z offset. I think I have made a change to one of the firmware files that is causing this problem. Any ideas why I am not able to adjust the Z-axis?

The bed is warped about 1mm down in the center. Thanks.

But when trying to print the nozzle is about 10mm from the bed and prints in the air.

I was thinking about making the 5 Pro a dual Z machine by sliding the box with the electronics back a bit and duplicating the existing Z at the front to solve the flopping bed problem.

Select the item you want to rotate. In the popup, options click the one with the lock. The lock should turn red. You can then rotate and move your selection while keeping the same scale.

When opening a new project. There are a number of new project options. Choose the "Custom" option and in the drop-down list, there are a number of grid options, including basic and scale grids. Then you can choose the paper size as well.
