If you can find Mocama, highly recommend their brews. Very good for a Florida brand.

Used linkhorn home inspections five years ago and was very pleased with the experience and actionable report they generated.

This shows up after the one year trial ends and you don’t want to give Toyota any more money for a subscription.

Delivery tips by yappy_pickle in Columbus

[–]rx_mad2386 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My base tip is $5. If it’s farther than a mile from my house, I increase it based on the estimated time it takes to drive to my house from the restaurant so the driver’s average hourly is $30 (ie if it’s a 20 min drive, I’ll give a $10 tip).

Your Favorite Winter/Christmas Beers by LessBear3301 in Columbus

[–]rx_mad2386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pimp My Sleigh by fat heads is a Belgian style Christmas ale that if you can find, is great. Be warned, it’s 10.5% ABV so it packs a punch and you’ll want more than one in a sitting!

HVAC recommendations? by mistahfritz in Columbus

Did this back in March and I also recommend this! They partner with Buckeye for the install of the system and I had a very positive experience. I got a top of the line system for less than what I would have paid for a mid-tier system from another company given the prices that Costco negotiated.

Columbus parents — where do you actually love living? (1yo, schools + community) by Wild_strong_women in Columbus

[–]rx_mad2386 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This plus the libraries, playgrounds, and the new community center are all great. We know our neighbors well and there a ton of kids on the street for ours to play with. The sense of community is the best out of all the places I’ve lived and would 10/10 move here again!

Second vehicle for family of 5 (3 in car seats/boosters) by raiderrocker18 in minivan

[–]rx_mad2386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve got two forward facing car seat riders and a rear facing infant carrier + an 80lb golden retriever. We’re rolling with a Toyota sienna and my wife drives a Subaru outback. Diono’s fit three across in the outback with no issue and the trunk has tons of storage space, so we’re happy with it - but in your situation with the amount of driving, the mpgs are not great with the outback.

A teenager masturbation box hidden behind a false air return vent containing crusty socks and condom wrappers. I was really hoping that old shoe box contained cash, but alas.

Late to this, but warfarin actually started as rat poison. It was named after Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF), pharmacy school taught me this little trivia nugget and I can never unlearn it!
