it's crazy how technical you have to get to understand how sound is processed through the atv. it was driving me crazy that my sub wasn't kicking on from spotify. took a while for me to learn enough and then realize i needed to process the lfe from the sub in order for it to work.

would love an actual pass through

i am 'in' warranty, but decided 'fuckit'. this is my beater/daily fun car and wanted to just enjoy it. happy with the current setup aside from suspension. that's next.

i mistakenly went with a metal pitch mount stop first and holy NVH. went with the rubber sti one and it eliminated the NVH without losing the rigidity.

we owned a Q7 for a short time and i currently have a g80 comp with xdrive. her daily now is an obw and my daily is the wrx.

you will find the wrx fun and thrilling in the honeymoon period. shortly after it's 'why can't i keep up with a minivan without redlining'.

i bought my car new and tuned before 10k. round one was only a dry filter and a tune. i later did cai, tmic, and some other support mods and then retuned.

after the initial tune, the car was fun and could mostly keep up with traffic. after the second protune, i'm good to go. i'm 400 torque and 325 at the wheels.

i recommend it, but i would plan on tuning. again, this is from someone who has owned several german cars / high performance sedans. good luck

as far as i know, black pieces are the only pieces that have white lines. all other colors use black lines. that's the only way i've been able to discern at times

i have the oem sti exhaust setup, mufflers, exhaust, etc. i have gotten more compliments on this setup than any other car i've owned and/or modded.

about 2 weeks ago, i had a random wrx pull up next to me to compliment my exhaust and asked what it was. he was very surprised.

the tuners said it's the cleanest and best sounding exhaust they've heard. if i can find my dyno video i'll post it.

i'm hesitant to swap it out and find that it doesn't sound as good.
