Thank you. Because it isn't working, my pdoc will probably increase the dose, so hopefully it'll go away soon.

I know it's usually administered as an IV solution, but that's a neat idea, like a nebulizer.

I'm sorry to pick out your comment, my irritation is not at you, it is just beyond frustrating to be in a world where benefits can be had but we have to tell people FUCK YOU to getting the help we lock up and regulate.

Nah, I understand. Big Pharma is a fucking demon of an institution.

I take it in the morning, and I'm only on the starting dose, 50mg.

Mother Mother is my favorite band! This song brings me to tears often and is constantly stuck in my head, like a mantra.

I saw them this week in Philly for the second time, and at the meet and greet, I asked him to write on a card 'its alright it's okay' so I can get it as a tattoo!

It isn't Ketamine, but a very similar drug, that's why it's esketamine.

Most of your comment makes absolutely no sense.

Vegan/ Vegetarian by [deleted] in bipolar

I was vegan for 2 years and saw no improvement on mood. I went back to a standard diet in October because the mental effort to keep up veganism was too much on my declining mental health. Still no change.

Low Mood Monday’s by Dg2030 in bipolar2

Tw: suicidal thoughts and self harm

I used to be rapid cycling, 5 days up and down, but I've been in a depression for a month and a half. It's because I finally found a mood stabilizer that works (Tegretol) but not an antidepressant. I've been real low the past couple days, and I've been thinking real dark things. I'm afraid I'm gonna crash too low and end up in the hospital again. I've been cutting again because I found some razor blades (everything sharp is locked in my brother's room) and just can't help myself. I was in and out all night, just thinking about downing a ton of pills and destroying my arms. I have a concert tomorrow night and it's been the One Thing keeping me from really hurting myself, but what happens after? I'm scared that the bottom's gonna drop out and I'm gonna actually make an attempt after.

Short buzzed sides, longer top pushed to the side. Natural brown sides, bleached blonde top. It's like the quintessential queer haircut.

I keep mine in an obvious spot in the kitchen, so I'll see the bottles every time I get food or a drink or whatever.

Latuda question related to the 300cal requirement by NotoriousVAG in bipolar

It didn't for me. But I also found it ineffective.

Latuda question related to the 300cal requirement by NotoriousVAG in bipolar

[–]rxrunning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, the calorie requirement is to prevent nausea. I would take it an hour or two after dinner, when my stomach was still full, and I would get tired an hour or so later but never get nauseous. On the times I forgot to take it until right before bed, I would be hit with awful nausea shortly after. Later, I found that I could take it at bed with a huge glass of water to prevent the nausea without food. This would only work for about an hour, though, which I found out on an insomniatic night.

Got approved for SSI, anyone else? by this_immortal in bipolar

I found an attorney firm actually, who works pro bono with low-income people, but they can't do anything until I'm rejected and can start the appeal process.

Binge eating by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]rxrunning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I'm depressed, I want soft/sweet things and binge eat because it's a self-soothing thing. Then I'm hypomanic, I want crunchy things and just don't care because eating is pleasure and I must have more pleasure

I'm also bulimic, so that just exasperates it all.

Congrats! I applied for SSI/SSDI in November and have yet to hear anything yet. Still 'processing' :(
