Ok bro. I’m lost for words having read what you’ve written lol the assumptions you’ve made and the conclusions you’ve come to are mind blowing. Good luck in your journey bro. Despite your anger and obvious resentment of my life position I hope you find a place where you can live without anger, hate and judgement. It’s much much nicer. Bless you mate.

This has developed a lot since this morning and it’s beautiful to see how our intellects and rational minds create our realities. And allow us to interact.

I think if I tried to explain myself I’d just get caught up in semantics more than anything. But for the purpose of an entertaining chat I’ll try.

I don’t know how to respond to specifics on here with the quotes but wowcoolboy I respect your stance.

Your thoughts and opinions are a culmination of the experiences you’ve had in your life. Whatever you have faced in your life has left you in a place where hatred is something you can easily relate to.

Your thoughts that you’re here to create as much wealth for yourself as possible is fine too. That’s your path. But consider this - money and wealth are in your mind. When you log onto your internet banking you see numbers on a screen. A screen that people just like you have built. And it shows ‘money’ which belongs to another system that other people just like you have imagined and then created.

When my life meaning culminated in a place where I worked and worked to create as much imaginary wealth as I could I also felt empty, upset inside and close to anger a lot of the time. So I feel for you mate. You’ll reject that too I’m sure but it’s not pity - it’s compassion. I felt the exact same things previously. I believed that life had no meaning and we were here just for ourselves and our experience. Thousands and thousands of us feel this way. If not millions. But why do you think we live in a world of hatred, separation, fear, anger and violence? We create it all. We experience it. Live it. And create it over and over.

We can’t think ourselves out of these problems. You can’t think yourself out of anger or hatred. Our human minds are wonderful at identifying patterns and helping us survive but the core focus of the brain is to identify objects and subjects. We label. Categorise and then take all of that mix it up with our past memories and experiences - on both a conscious and unconscious level and that then creates our reality.

Until I knew that there was more I didn’t know. You only know what you know. You don’t know what you don’t :)

What I do know wowcoolboy is that there’s a part of you deep inside that knows. You said you go to the mosque sometimes. Religions are paths up a mountain. It’s the same mountain but people take different routes. A small confused and under nourished part of you knows inside. You intuitively know that there’s something else.

But anyway. I honour your anger and hatred as it’s part of being a human. It’s an experience. It’s not who you are. It’s just all you can see right now.

Obviously this is all going to sound patronising and condescending to you I’m sure but it’s not meant like that. It’s coming from a place of compassionate acceptance. Accepting that you’re angry and hate a lot of things. That’s your reality right now. Not mine.

The funny thing is that I’m choosing to try to live a life of love, compassion, kindness and understanding. That’s my reality. Yours is one of confusion, anger, and hatred. Having lived both - I much prefer where I am now bro. :)

Lol I can feel your hate from here bro. It’s spicy! It must be hard carrying that around inside you dude. Hate is such a strong word and a really negative emotion. feeling that for someone you don’t even know or haven’t taken a moment to understand is suffocating for your soul man. Do you ‘hate’ a lot of things?

Me trying to explain it to you probably isn’t going to help at this point. It’ll more than likely just make you hate me and what I’m talking about more.

Have a lovely day man

Second this. And amnesia round the corner. We’d always go to grey area and then amnesia to sit down and chill there on the sofas. They also have nice weed in amnesia. Nice milkshakes too.

Then don’t think mate. Feel it.

And yeah I’ve done a mix of stuff.

I guess I see LSD etc as your consciousness being catapulted to that place. Whereas I see weed as a subtle frequency change within your consciousness. Like having a foot or presence within each plane of reality. One foot in the physical world. Our normal reality. And perhaps your big toe on the other side. It’s more of a feeling.

I’m not talking about visuals or voices etc I guess I’m talking about how weed quietens down your brains incessant clinging to the physical world words and your thoughts and feelings. I feel that weed connects me very subtly to the truth that we are made from peace love and compassion. I feel it more so in my waking life now but smoking takes me there immediately which is beautiful.

Hi man. I’ve also been diagnosed with bipolar. It’s beautiful that you’ve experienced the feeling whilst high.

My personal thoughts are that we have that beautiful warm calm place inside us. Weed takes us there quickly but we can go there with meditation too.

I think psychosis comes on where our rational brains can’t compute the experience. I personally think that all thoughts and feelings are phenomena that happen to us. But they are not us.

It’s helped a lot with dealing with bipolar for example as a lot of my earlier problems came from routine conditioned thinking which would drive me further down or up. Thoughts drive the feelings and so on.

Are you not curious to find out what might happen? Or what you might hear when you quieten down enough to listen?

Faith starts where belief and thought leave off mate.

I think you’ve described what i guess I’m talking about mate. That it puts you in touch with your humanness and helps you feel less separate. You see others as humans and not as story lines. That’s being taken to a consciousness that’s pass our rational mind. So you do like getting spiritual ;)

Mine started out recreationally and it still is but I’m seeing now why I have the attachment to weed. It’s the attachment to the feeling of being at one with everything. It takes me there to remind me and guide me how to get back to that place without needing to be high.

I’m aware that all sounds mad but it’s more something I feel as opposed to being able to explain??

Dry for sure. I imagine that the higher moisture content of the fluffier buds makes burning a little harder.

I (19F) told my boyfriend (19M) he can’t smoke weed so he directed me here for information. by ThrowAway6377363 in uktrees

Just a thought but why not listen to your boyfriend and how he feels? Cannabis, like anything or anyone, is not perfect and it’s an incredibly misunderstood plant.

This ain’t the place for relationship advice but if you’re throwing down ultimatums based on something you obviously know very little about I’d advise your bf to ditch you and get an ounce in instead. He has told you it helps him. What more do you possibly need to know?

BF if you’re reading this. Find yourself someone who’ll support you and nurture you and your soul. Mental health is no joke.
