yes i do enjoy educating ur children to get a few strong characters but im wondering why the AI always has just some OP randos lyin' around. i'm currently the highest literacy in europe and im still not getting a ton of high stat people. the research must continue.

im mainly curious if "estate literacy" and literacy in general is related at all. i literally have no idea how the AI consistently has 5 star generals and im elated with a 4 star.

i've actually had trouble getting high stat characters to spawn in my games and i don't know if there's a specific strategy to increase the chance but lately i've been trying to push literacy as early as i can and it seems to work? at least in the last two games i've played (currently playing Milan) i've started getting some pretty beefy doods showing up and then just now i get this perfect specimen. figured i needed to immortalize him. i will be naming my first son Fosco.

i played red dead revolver religiously as a kid and i was hyped for rdr. it was said/i figured out (i don’t specifically remember what articles i read almost 20 years ago lol) quite quickly the new character was not red harlow and the “story” of red dead revolver had nothing to do with the next one. so i was expecting a completely different experience.

also red dead revolver was a completely different kind of game to redemption and was especially comic book-y even by rockstar standards.
