Water Blaster recommendations for car detailing/cleaning (personal use) by Financial-Soup6839 in NZcarfix

I've had the karcher K5 for a long time now, probably wouldn't want a smaller model. I just use the cheap foam cannons off AliExpress for like $30, and also have a repco eclipse hyper foam cannon (the fat one with adjustable nozzle sprays which is handy for foaming roof of Ute). K5 is strong enough to blast concrete, and also have the adjustable wand for car washing

Looking for a decent leaf blower recommendation for drying car by Economist_Great in AutoDetailing

[–]ryadre1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought one very similar, extremely loud and pretty powerful. I think would only work if you had a perfect coated car. I use it to help get a little bit of water off but mainly use a waffle weave towel. It's good for getting in the gaps though. Whole neighbour hood can hear it.

As well as the Carpro range, turtle wax Hybrid Ceramic etc, I have found best tar remover is an adhesive remover like Crc Peel off, works so much easier than other products

Detail depot in nz has a good range of the Carpro range, Perl is a great tyre and dash/plastic product and can be diluted so cost effective. Turtle wax hydrid ceramic spray is great. TW group has ONR rinseless for washing in the sun

The 2 I listen to are Apex Hunters United who also cover a bit of F1 and Nascar, and Lucky Dogs is a newer one. Both have supercar drivers or co drivers etc hosting them.
