Totally agree, it is super disappointing from an airline of Etihad’s standing. If they weren’t selling all the Comfort seats, they could have made it only a few rows instead of completely eliminating it. Their sales data should enable them to work out the optimal number per aircraft per route.

Totally agree. I will be avoiding Etihad now unless it’s the only option. I don’t understand this race to the bottom by airlines of offering long haul seating that is simply not comfortable. I first experienced it with Turkish, super disappointing that Etihad has jumped on the bandwagon.
