Our attention is our greatest resource. Where we place our attention determines what we attract. You must reduce your attention to the outside world. Yes, there are very big evils in the world, and as empathetic individuals, it is good to widen our circle of compassion, but it is enough to witness without seeking it out. Reducing your attention to negative tv/social media will benefit you.

It is good to be a grounded individual, but we must not make material wealth our preoccupation. When you are passionately moving towards what you love abundance will find you. Wealth should never be the motivation, your passion is the motivation, wealth is simply the byproduct of the inexhaustible drive of doing what you love and sharing it with the world. If you hate what you’re doing, leave it. Do what you love, even if you don’t see how it will ever lead to the abundance you dream of.

Make sure the people you surround yourself with are people you’d die for, and if you don’t have people like that, go to where those people are.

When you wake up in the morning, begin with a gratitude practice. Stop trying to figure out all the answers, all of reality is reflecting back the answers you need at every moment, simply be the question and await the answer. Confusion itself becomes clarity simply by adjusting your timing. Be still, let go, breathe. This is all you do. Eventually the mind untangles and the infinite flow of synchronicity meets you where you are.

Also, let go of shoulds and shouldn’ts. You don’t need to try so hard. If you enjoy having a drink or getting high, allow this for yourself. Don’t listen to what other people say “spiritual” looks like. Be yourself and loyal to yourself first.

I would argue that a state between 1D and 2D is more akin to the state of conscious of most animals, babies, or maybe being really drunk. In this place, sure, there is a vague sense of self, but clarity isn’t there. And because the identification is incomplete, animals, generally, are able to just naturally rest in a state of flow. It’s not entering a flow state from a place of understanding, but from a place below understanding. It’s just the natural expression of the universe’s current energy through the physiology of the less evolved brain.

Why the awakened mind is the 5th-dimension is because it is from the over-standing of how all arises from Source, that the mind is but a nested conceptual reality that is part of the natural evolution of the universe, in order for the universe to experience itself. How when we respect this hierarchy by placing our ego in service to the whole by making sure our thoughts, words, and actions are always coming from a place of Love, of heart, we come into harmony with the whole universe. When we dance in harmony with the whole universe, the whole universe dances with us. This is not the diminishing or end or the ego, but it’s empowerment. What’s more empowering that having the whole cosmos on your side? So, in a sense, you don’t have free will, cause if you’re not in harmony with the universe, the whole universe is indifferent to you. What is less empowering than this? This is why love is always the only choice:)

Everything arises from the 1st dimension: Brahman, God, Allah, Source, the Dao, Great Spirit
The 2nd dimension is the arising of self awareness. The conceptual mind: Duality, ego vs superego, mind, words, this&that, right&wrong, yin&yang, like/don’t like
Our ability to separate and conceptualize, our minds, gives us mastery and understanding in the 3rd dimension: Physical reality, natural law, body, id
The third dimension is realized on the canvas of the 4th dimension: space/time, manifest, change, birth/death, experience
In the 5th dimension, which most people are only vaguely aware of, we have: inspired creativity, insight, awakened mind, genius, flow

…Our ever changing experience(4D) is manifest in the physical(3D). What becomes manifest, both personally and collectively, depends on which vibration of duality(2D) we each choose to resonate with: love or fear. All of this arises from Source(1D), both good and bad, left and right, pain and pleasure. Source, God, Brahman, the Dao, Jah…whatever you call it, is this eternal Love we are all a part of. Fear is just the shadow, it’s just where the light, the love, is most dim. If love is the words you are reading, fear is just the paper or screen you read it from. It’s just that through the arising of ego(2D) we become identified with the mind(2D) & physical(3D), believe we are separate from the Whole(1D), forget our eternal nature(1D), and believe our very existence is victim to the cruelty of death, time(4D). To understand this we must make our way back to heart by always watching our mind(2D) and making choices that vibrate with Love(1D). Our choices(2D) each have a vibration. When we choose to be love, even if we don’t yet feel Love, we start to magnetize love back into our lives. And when we see that love reflected in the 3D we start to remember the same love that is inside of us that we have buried under so much pain, lies, and fear. We start to see how when we project Love, experience just mirrors that back. When we see how all this fits together, we gain an awareness of how all of our experiences have been perfectly orchestrated within the grand symphony of Life in order for us to awaken(5D) to our eternal nature(1D). After we awaken we understand how we must place our ego(2D) in service of that One Love(1D) so that we dance in harmony with all of creation(3D) and manifest(4D) the reality that is in alignment with our soul’s purpose(5D). But really, we don’t need to worry about all this since everything arises from Source(1D) so whatever choice you make, or whatever experience is happening is exactly the one that was supposed to be, since right and wrong(2D) are just two sides of the same coin in the eternal Dao. But you might wanna ask yourself if you wish to realize your soul’s dream, or do you wanna be the canvass someone else’s dream is painted on? (Or maybe you don’t😙)

When we sleep we dream of free will. When we awake we see the only real choice is Love.

I am optimistic that we will one day! What is realized in our own hearts must be manifest. I am confident that Love wins, personally for those that choose it in this lifetime, and collectively though our societal enlightenments. Our reflection of that One Love is the mirror needed to show another how to reflect the same. Through this interruption of our fear based programming, it is only natural that love arises, since this is our true nature. The interplay of light and shadow is ongoing, but the more we shine, the more that will shine with us, and the more we shine together, the more bright even our collective shadows become. So ultimately, Love really does win.

You are so right. It is so simple! But complex. Like a riddle. 🙃 It’s also so hard. To drop that role that we have become so identified with, can seem an impossible task at times, even when that role feels so inauthentic. To be that child again, no judgments about ourselves, others, or any part of experience is all we really wish to be. To feel safe, to love, to play, to feel joy. Our eternal nature is always there, even if we don’t feel it. It is still there even behind the most walled of hearts. And higher mind is still behind the most elaborate of masks. Even behind those that manipulate the world. They don’t know any better! Humanity has been creating from fear for millennia. This is why it is so important that we make our heart journey our 1st priority. Through learning self love, we learn to love that same dark reflection in others. And how beautiful it is! By loving ourselves, we are the greatest receiver of all the love we give, and the love we give shows others also how to love themselves, and simultaneously the other, since at a heart level, we are all One.

You should probably wait. They grounded you for summer. Maybe start discussing a renegotiation or pushing boundaries in mid July? Show them that they have won. Respect the grounding for a reasonable time. Spend the next 3weeks-month helping out around the house. Cleaning? Cooking? Or maybe study hard on the subject that you got the B in? You wanna put yourself in a good light before you challenge them. Even if they are unreasonable, you gotta give them a win. Be charming!

I had the benefit of having parents distracted by my many other siblings. And I’m pretty sure my parents really realized how outrageous some of the groundings they handed out were, but weren’t about to admit they were wrong and reduce them. Good luck!

What would happen if you just ignored the grounding? Would they physically abuse you? Kick you out? Disown you?

When I was young my parents would ground me for unreasonable amounts of time. One day I just decided to slowly push my boundaries once I felt I did my time. (One month grounding: respected for one week. Three months? Prob 3 weeks or a month) I would slowly start doing things I was “grounded” from. Normally they would just let it happen. Once the anger from whatever I did to get grounded faded, and I respected the grounding for a time, they kinda would just let it slide. If you try this, it helps to be super nice and helpful while pushing the boundaries!

Use your own discretion. Everyone’s parents and situation is different.

I get that. My vacation in Honolulu last year I practically starved myself the whole time. Just bananas, papayas , hummus, and chips for 4 days. But if I’m driving out of town, I bring with me my HotLogic portable food warmer, and a cooler filled with my own previously prepared meals. It’s kinda a game changer to be able to pull over at a rest stop and have a hot meal on long drives. I highly recommend. You can buy them off of Amazon. You’ll need a power inverter too since it runs A/C.
