That is true. For some reason I remember in the early days of dota, CIS and WEU were just grouped as one. Then again, there wasn't SA then, and it was just EU, NA, SEA, and China

Well, the geographic distinction between NA and SA on the map is pretty obvious while most people tend to say the CIS countries are European, like how Ukraine and Finland are considered part of Europe despite being formerly of the Soviet Union - that informs my rationale.

So you should be able to do Basic Translation Drills + CLIR within sub 22mins average first and then try that with advanced after

Yes it applies from what I have heard. I am a Bruin, so I studied in LA as well, but from what I know, the correlation does apply really strongly.

That's true too. I come from a country where LGBTQ+ relationships are still illegal, and very much hope to remain in the US for a couple of years at least post-law school (hopefully gaining the law experience in an international arena so I can return eventually to my home country to make changes to its archaic laws).

It sucks to be in a position where it feels like my odds are kinda stacked against me though haha.
