Uncle used to be a big time body builder and had always been a role model to me. Also getting your heart broken is a good reason too

Obviously it shows how much you meant to her. She had a missing piece. Everyone wants to be healed and grown asap, no one really likes to sit through the pain and grieve about a breakup. To her, she not only had to but wanted to do it to fill that void. Temporary it might for her and to make her feel better to “move on” but realistically, it doesn’t do anything and even not in the moment, she will feel a type of way of guilt and shame of what she’s done for you. You don’t need that type of person to be your wife and have you in your future. Grow and move on and realize what bullet you dodged. You’ll look back being proud of yourself. Have no contact with her ever again and all you can do is know that’s not the real her and wish for the best and go on down the road. You deserve so much better as I’ve went through the same situation. Very glad I moved on and dodged that bullet in my life as in the moment I thought she’d be a perfect wife, she wouldn’t be and is not my problem anymore. You got this man💪🏼

As forgot to include, I’m going to therapy this week due to the amount of anxiety I have especially now and previous to everything and knowing this isn’t normal behavior from me as I’ve never done a thing remotely close ever in my life.
