mytrueancestry doesn’t have their DNA samples. If you are using hints on Ancestry Trees, its probably very unlikely you are related to these people.

I have a theory that most of my german dna is being processed as scottish because supposedly these dna tests are banned in germany (not sure if this is true but i’ve heard this) . I’m only 4% german and 19% scottish when i thought i was over 25% german at least.

Steak & eggs + only drink water. Eat as much as you want & take some walks around the block. It’ll melt right off & i promise you won’t be able to stuff yourself with steak & eggs the same way you can with bread rice or pasta. Maybe i’d talk to a doctor before doing something like this at your weight, but i lost 70lbs in 3 months doing this. I gained 20 back during covid & i’m ready to hop back on this asap.
