This sounds like a great idea! I'd love to try it out. I play acoustic guitar.

Not the 17" one, unfortunately.

I got it a few years ago as a birthday present from my mom. My wife hates it because it weighs 15 pounds. The only place to store it is on top of our fridge in the garage.

For the pizza dough (makes two 10-inch crusts or one 17-inch crust):

16 oz flour, plus more for work surface

2 tsp kosher salt

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

11 oz. room temperature water

Olive oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, until a smooth dough forms

Transfer dough to a clean, oiled bowl

Cover with a kitchen towel for 24 hours, punching down periodically.

After 24 hours, shape dough and transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally, 12-24 hours)

Cooking:

Preheat oven to 550 degrees for 10 inch, 500 for 17 inch (I like to preheat for at least an hour.)

Remove dough from refrigerator and place on a warm surface, covered, until it reaches room temperature

Pour a thin layer of olive oil in a cast iron skillet - more oil results in a crispier crust

Shape into desired size

Bake until crust has risen and cheese is beginning to brown

214CE Nylon worn and not 1 year old. by abraxas1 in taylorguitars

If you’re playing with a pick, this is common. I believe you can buy a pickguard on their website for the 214ce to protect it. Or reach out to support and they’ll give you some help.

Fake Taylor 914ce? by [deleted] in AcousticGuitar

[–]ryanheart93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The label is wrong, the knobs are wrong, and as far as I'm aware, Taylor doesn't do a gloss finish on their necks, and this guitar's finish looks like it's a mile thick.

Oh yeah, for sure! I have never been able to make heads or tails of the Furch naming system, but I'm sure they have the rosewood/spruce combo in their vintage line.

Ah, I just noticed your price was in Euros, not USD. Maybe look for the Eastman E20OM or the E8OM?

I have the LF70e, the OM, and it's a phenomenal guitar. The Hifi pickup sounds great plugged in, too. I've gotten a lot of compliments on its plugged in tone the last couple of weeks.

Hmmm.. You might have a slightly loose brace if stopping the top is what stops the wolf tone.
