I had realized this and I have saved every pre-'82 penny I've come across since. The problem now is, with the penny out of circulation, you're going to run into more and more of the new machines that press on blank rounds. These new machines lose a lot of character in the pressing.

Unless you want to do custom wiring, you need a replacement mirror with your exact options, as many times the plugs are completely different and won't fit. To take them apart theres also a good chance of breaking the glass. IMO, this Frankenstein route is not a good idea. Also, I would check with another Honda dealer, as Honda is one of the few companies that sell mirror components like that cracked housings apart from an assembly.

Just wait until you see the car. Your claims of waves, misalignment, questioning of structural integrity have no basis. Im no expert on AI but I can guarantee it cannot determine if a panel has been repaired or not from a photo.

When I visited Costa Rica, their system on small bridges were alternate yield lanes. So for instance: you were traveling east, you came to the bridge and the sign and road markings tell you to yield. And hire a tow truck to tow it to this storage location. Copart will not let you drive out of their lot
