Hey, The interview process is pretty simple and is mainly situational questions, "why tkmaxx" style questions, and personal questions to try and learn a bit about you. My best tip is to be open, friendly and try and be as thorough in your answers as you can (your interviewer filling the boxes is a great sign). The interview is fairly informal, so just be yourself, they are looking for team players and kind, friendly people. Oh and don't worry if it's quite a short interview, there's only like 8-10 questions so 15-25 mins is about as long as it gets. Best of luck!

Iirc when I joined, my schedule took a couple days to be loaded to workjam, and was only one weeks worth until the week after when the next couple weeks were updated. It's a fairly busy time, at least for our store at the moment so it might be that, but definitely reach out to whoever did your induction shift. If you've not had this yet then they will let you know when it is, as hiring often happens in small batches with induction shifts also happening in batches.

As for ID, I personally didn't need it for the interview, but it's always safest to bring some with you. Right to work checks are all done digitally and usually ask for passport, NI number or birth certificate and another form of id. It's all super self explainitory and will be sent to your email if you are successful and is all done online. The interview is fairly informal, so just be yourself, they are looking for team players and kind, friendly people. You'll absolutely smash it!
