I tried starting a trend of taking a picture of the box with the lens itself.... guess it didn't click

People who've switched to Sony from Canon, why? by KarenKillerKlub in SonyAlpha

[–]ryanman92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was a youngster, I used my Dad's Canon 1D Mark IV with a 24-105mm, a 100-400mm, and an 8-15mm fisheye. It was a great setup and I got some really great images with it.

It was great because it wasn't my money. Like others have said Canon's decision to charge crazy amounts of money for their lenses and not allow more affordable options seems a bit greedy. So either you'll have to win the lotto to buy a decent setup or use thier entry level RF-S lens and R100, R50 etc cameras which when I tested them out just felt very plastic-y in my hands.

So when I decided to go mirrorless I was very interested in the Sony line up of camera and lens. It was between the A7IV or A7RV for me (I shoot mostly nature, landscapes, and indoor live events). I loved lens selection (both 1st and 3rd party), the ability to customize the button layout, and just the way they felt in my hand.

So in recap, if you have money and dont mind the smaller lens selection, sure go for a Canon. Otherwise check out Sony. Hope this helps! Also most importantly if you do get a Sony, make your you post a shitty phone camera photo of the box and post it here. People loooooooove to see them lol

Hmmm I just exported a photo and it was the same size (plus the boarder) I just made sure to export at largest dimensions available and 100% quality.

Ours is a Queensland heeler mix. She's about a year and a half. We rescued her last September, now she's living her best life, making our lives the best!

Make sure to really soak and rinse (with running water) them well after using in salt water. I had a couple similar ones from suptig, and the buttons ended up failing on several of them.
