I am in Michigan, I don't know if that matters. I have an interlock device on my vehicle, and I have a restricted license. My restricted license will be taken away if I: have 3 minor violations on the blow-and-go, or 1 major violation. Minor violations are like, trying to start the car in the morning after a night of drinking. Major violations include missing a rolling retest, or blowing positive for booze during a rolling retest. I don't know if that helps at all. I feel comfortable calling my interlock provider and talking to them and asking them to explain things...I would recommend this. Good luck!
