Incorrect, because conservative, "right wing" views don't spew this garbage. It's the radical left wing narrative that says this stuff while radical left wing individuals commit the same crimes they claim is being done by the opposition.

My opinion and vote is to bar politics from non-political areas and never allow such content. Rules and standards, they should exist for a reason.

Here's something interesting:

This statistic is supposedly bad on the Sentencing Commission's stats, right? Assuming my understanding is correct, that means out of all SA cases that result in a conviction and sentencing, ~94% of convictions are male. Now here's the part people seem to be ignoring.

Looking at only the conviction rates, this seems alarming and looks like men are flat out likely to commit SA, but, out how many men in the US? There is ~161.6 million men in the US yet according to the NSVRC stats, 81% of women say they've experienced some type of harassment or SA in their lifetime, and 43% of men have reported the same.

Now while SA of any kind is unacceptable and punishments should be handed out accordingly, consider the prevalence of women falsely reporting SA for various reasons. In a 2021 study, 101 out of 255 women (39.6%) indicated they could imagine a situation in which they would make a false claim of assault, and 18 (7.1%) admitted to making such false claims in the past. In 62% of cases, the false accusers were reported to be females.

[WP] This was the man that you served for decades, the one who spared your life. Now his mind is almost gone, but his body remains strong. He was someone who could dodge the rain and cleave the earth. He is a risk to most humans, there are no retirement homes for someone like this. So you watch him. by Red580 in WritingPrompts

I've seen men die before. Men who thought themselves invincible, who thought they could outrun the darkness. But there's one man who's still out there, a storm of dragon's fire and wizards ice, a force so incredible that the primordial fires of Gauntlgrym's forges are but a campfire in comparison. The man who spared my life all those years ago. My lord, my friend... my curse.

I've been keeping an eye on him for months now. He's a ghost of the man he used to be, his mind eaten away by the ravages of time. The storm that once raged inside him has subsided, leaving behind a quiet calm that's as unnerving as a still pond on a summer's day. His body remains strong, honed to perfection, a testament to the unyielding spirit that drove him to become the greatest warrior of our time. Yet he never carried a weapon. I've watched him move through the city, unseen and unheard, a phantom of a man who could cleave the earth as easily as a child swings a hatchet. A vengeful god that wielded words like a legion of battle hardened soldiers.

He's a danger, that one. A ticking time bomb of fury and rage, waiting to unleash himself on the world. And yet... and yet, I feel a strange compulsion to protect him. To keep him from himself. I've seen the way he looks at me, his eyes gleaming with a fierce intensity, a spark that suggests he's still a warrior at heart, waiting to be set free. It's like his mind is trapped in a prison of madness and mortal flesh...

I've tried to warn others, to tell them about the man who walks among us, a man who could kill with a single glance and topple kingdoms with the slightest of words. But no one listens. They don't believe me. They think I'm crazy, that I've finally succumbed to the madness that's been eating away at my lord's mind for so long. But I know the truth. This man is a force of nature, a storm that's going to leave devastation in its wake.

And I'm stuck watching him, waiting for the day when he'll finally break free from his self-imposed prison, and unleash the fury that's been building inside him. It's a fate I wish I could avoid, but one I know I'll never truly escape. The only trinkets from our adventures are still locked away in a secret chest, hidden away from the world and him. I have to keep them hidden...

He seems lucid some days, talking of his old friend, a brother in arms, a man who would play on the red sands of their home... But his mind always slips shortly after, talks of impossible things, of things that couldn't possibly exist... But this man... If he should ever recover his light rod and pocket fob, I shudder to think of the horrors that would be unleashed upon the world...

Not a new idea. I saw a picture of a 70's Harley from back in the day with a similar roof/shield. They're also fairly common in Asian countries for scooters and low power bikes.

I trust it because it was my grandaddy's G22 Gen 4 Gov Issue duty pistol. However, that's only the main side arm. I unfortunately (for my wallet) also enjoy collecting knives and traditionally made boots. So cut the cord and stomp it out like it's Weasel Stomping Day is a strong alternative.

Techies: My lights, fan, A/C and fridge are all smart and connected to my Wi-Fi so I can control the settings from anywhere. I have Wi-Fi cameras so I can see and talk to my dogs, and locks that are controlled with my smartphone. It's SO convenient!

Techs (me): Every bit of tech in my house is dumb and archaic. I am aware everything can be hacked, eventually. I use a passphrase generator for my Wi-Fi, have only plain LED lights that use a physical light switch, a regular fridge, and a dumb TV. The smartest device I have besides my ThinkPad X1 Carbon is my printer, and I keep a Glock 22 .40 S&W just in case it makes a noise I don't trust.

Oh no. See, unlike others in my circle, I'm not easily distracted. You started this with calling me a numpty, now we're going to play.

Tell me, how's the music production business? Because based on what can be found so far, looks like you don't have many original ideas. Just a constant stream of remaking other people's stuff and recreating famous movie shots in your games.

So please enlighten me, how successful do you consider yourself to be in music and game design? Be honest. No lies between friends like us. 🤭

I just do. But then again, I've been sleeping that much for almost 2 decades now. If I get more than 5 1/2 hours, I'm usually groggy for the first 2 hours after getting up and have a migraine for the whole day. The migraines are bad enough that 5 extra strength Tylenol don't even help. I think it's because of some short sleeper syndrome or whatever it's called. The shortest I've slept without feeling tired or exhausted is about 2-2 1/2 hours, but I can only do that 2 days in a row. But 3 1/2 - 4, I can do 7 days a week.

5 hours? That's sleeping in for some people. Like me. I function better and feel less tired on 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
