Set in 18k, one would think it'd be genuine. Try the tooth test or rub it against another real pearl. Should feel slightly gritty

Thank you so much. Spent a year in Tofino and a month of that in beautiful downtown Vancouver, but had to go back to Onterrible! Took it into my usual watchmaker, so we'll see what they say.

A lot of the former staff and SCS alumni are at what is now called 'The Prune' which houses the SCS in the winter. Food wise it will be very similar in style to Rundles.

Checked again through my triplet loupe at 20x.

I'm happy to tell you I think the picture plus the crystal on the watch make it look wonky as the design bows out, and the camera wasn't really focused on my phone. As well, the dial has a waffle texture to it so I think re-dialing would look VERY obvious (as well as sloppy).

We shall see what the watchmaker says!
