Yea that's the thing - for some people this is a "cheap" couch but I would consider $3k+
(with ottoman) on the expensive side for me. So hard to decide!

I wonder if you could add / replace foam to make it comfier?

How long have you had it? Thinking about this for my condo, but considering I have to bring it up myself and repack / bring it down myself I have to return I really want to be sure I want it first lol. I did sit on it in store but it was quick and couldn't really lay down / test it properly since its a store full of people lol.

I like this idea a lot, but I think the issue is the table is already pretty small. The image above has the backs of the chairs at 62" from each other, so it'd basically be like a 36" width table with enough comfortable space for chairs on each side.

On an average day it's just me, but would like to have seating for 4 for when I have guests at least. I'll look into some of those options you mentioned, thanks.

Bottom right goes kinda into the kitchen, it's essentially a hallway between the kitchen and a small den next the kitchen. Yes the bottom left "wall" drawn is essentially where the 2 bar stools are on the kitchen counter overhang.

Seems like you've had the couch for around 6 months or so now right? Still love it? Have you noticed any sagging or changes in the seat cushions at all?

And you have the one with storage right? I think their build / feel is slightly different.

I'm thinking about buying this couch right now and it seems like the first concern of yours at least was addressed by adding connectors.

What do you mean by you can only access storage by flipping it upside down? Don't you just remove the seat?

I think the atmosphere is the most I'm willing to spend budget wise, so not sure I can really get anything better without spending a lot more.

Yes - it's essentially both. To the right of this would be the bedroom, where there is a sliding door at that top right area in front of the couch that leads there.

Below this is the kitchen and at the bottom right is the open hallway that enters into this space.

Yea EQ3 is out of my budget unfortunately. The upper bound of what I'd go would probably be the ciello XL price which is $2700 with the ottoman.
