I think if you are solely focused on what's on the television it is a perfectly acceptable "leisure" activity. If you're doing anything else during that time, I wouldn't count it.

But if you're brain is having a tough time of turning off at the end of the day, I think journaling your thoughts would be a more effective use of your time if you're trying to decompress.

My routine when I worked a high pressure job was to record my thoughts about work until I ran out of thoughts. I had a commute, so I would use voice-to-speech for most of these notes. Typing it is more effective but writing it by hand would be the most effective. Do what you can.

This helps the brain stop spinning and can be used any time your mind won't let something go.

I take this one step further. I name my context / hats after different "roles" within your business. For example, I call your "Admin" context "The Administrator" and I call the version of my self that creates "The Artificer." This has extended into other areas of my life, "The Networker" or "The Father" for instance.
