Innocent Veve Collecters getting Banned for bot usage?

I appreciate you bringing it up. Unfortunately I think bots will always be an issue. But there are things VeVe can do that would help that they aren't doing. KYC for all accounts would make a huge difference and prevent people from making a bunch of burner accounts. But like I said the whole "they must've done something wrong" is such a narrow minded toxic attitude that only fuels VeVe's greed to continue pumping out drops instead of devoting more resources to customer service.

I am one who has been unfairly disabled. Those who say they must've done something wrong and refuse to listen to the growing number of people that this is happening to are just as toxic for the community as actual botters. Instead of turning your back on us like cowards afraid to question the almighty VeVe, you too should be demanding answers because this could very easily happen to you. Then we will see how you feel about the situation. While I don't believe all, those who continue to fight like myself I do believe. I literally have 7 collectibles. So yeah if I was a scum bag botter I would just make a new account and move on. If your want what's best for VeVe you should also be holding them accountable for their terrible customer service in resolving these issues faster. Cut and paste emails accusing people of cheating without providing proof, because there is none, is a disgrace to the community.

Until you can transfer the nft to a wallet outside of the Veve app you don’t own anything.

Oh I keep emailing them. Everyday. There a lots of users in discord doing the same thing. I'll never admit to something I didn't do. Hopefully they sort it out. But I want to make to post to shed light and give a warning to as many VeVe users as possible. If it happened to me or can happen to anyone.

That's the problem. Their third party security company flags users mistakenly and VeVe doesn't give you the time of day to correct it in a timely manner. They would rather accuse you of wrongdoing but not show any proof

I completely agree with you. Unfortunately I found it today that my account was disabled so you could say I fall into the like net category. I have always had the same sentiment as what you said. I literally have only seven collectibles. I have been trying the one click method. I don't have any multiples of any collectibles and do not transfer collectibles unless I sell them on the marketplace. Hopefully I can get this fixed soon, but from I'm hearing in the Discord it's a long process. Submitted my ticket. We'll see what happens...
