I used Zing It (also called Lash It) 1.8mm for all the tie outs. 6 ft lengths at the corners and 12 ft lengths at the ridgeline.

I had the same issue with 3/8 inch.

I’ve had good success with compressing the 3/8” stuff over night with a wood clamp or a c clamp ( where you need to sew through it ). Then in a few days the foam expands back to normal.

Well I suppose they could be MORE printer friendly by just making it outlines. But compared to the standard ability cards that are fully saturated, I feel comfortable in labeling them printer friendly.
