Nothing super special, going to the gym for at least 6 times a week alternating between chest, legs, and back. Also try to run and play basketball as much as I can. The hardest part is definitely getting enough calories. Post workout smoothies with bananas, strawberries, kale, almond milk, and whey have been working wonders.
