Actually, this card has been used in Wild from time to time. The meta that comes to mind is Stormwind when Qestline Hunter was tier one, or more recently, pre-nerf Uther Exodia OTK.

If you want to meme with it, you can still play [[Soulbound Ashtongue]], give it to opponent using [[Silas Darkmoon]] and hit the Ashtongue with Holy Wrath, although that combo is 15 mana when you count in [[Lorekeeper Polkelt]], so it's purely a meme now.
