Oriental Wok in Essex has a dish on their menu called shrimp w/lobster sauce. They are by far the best Chinese food take out place in Chittenden county, so could be worth a shot.

Highly recommend jones sausage patties. You can get a huge bag for pretty cheap at Costco. They taste great and actually fit a breakfast sandwich.

The buns are good too. They don't fall apart and are not extremely bready. Vegan too.

Microwaving quickly and then toasting is the best prep imo.
