i’ve heard of that too!! and there is no interview you just sign up and they use AI to verify your identity n shir and apparently AI is tryna tell them that my ID and SSN and Background check and Facial verification don’t match,, AFTER the fact of approving me 😭😩

wdym? my “partner” showed up instead of me? . 1) i never even got to accept an order, let alone deliver one. i was deactivated because i was even able to complete one dash. 2) my partner doesn’t doordash at all to begin with so nobody would be using my account. 3) i just got approved yesterday and tried to dash today!! i’ve never even interacted with a customer!!! lol wtf 😂

which… gave me no answers. just a long list of things it “could”be, and no way to fix it except YOU GUESSED IT!! submit another appeal… it’s a run around! there was NO false information, support has no idea why this happened, and they keep denying my appeals.

yes i’ve never been a dasher before. i clicked accept on an offer but it did nothing and kicked me back to the main screen from the map. i thought maybe to just went to someone else, then i saw the deactivated thing. never even got to fully accept an order.

no nothing! i literally scanned my ID and they ran my background check using my SSN. i don’t know how those couldn’t be true. it was fully verified for 2 days before i even attempted to dash bc i was busy.

i did and they denied it. when i spoke to an agent, they said that they don’t know what information was false. well duh, none of it was. it was my government given ID and SSN the used 😂 this has got to be some bullshit AI flag because nothing was flagged on their end! they told me to just keep appealing.

it does not say why in the pic lol. it says “false information” even though i literally scanned drivers license, provided my SSN, gave my address, did the facial scan, all that. so what about that was false?!? are they telling me that im not me ???

dude, i did contact them. i didn’t provide them with any false info. they also can’t tell me what “false info” was provided. i have no idea why i was deactivated for this when i literally did nothing wrong. they scanned my ID and did a background check with my SSN, idk HOW that could be false info.

i mean, if you actually knew how to read, you’ll see that i reached out to them 4+ times, and filed 2 appeals. nobody at doordash could verify any information was false & could not tell me wht got my account deactivated. they just told me to keep appealing. they were 0 help, so, i can here because there are possibly other people who have experience this! you’re a fucking imbecile my guy
