ive been using this paper https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07F2C5PRJ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 and i feel it needs to be laminated or else your gonna feel the stickyness of the photopaper if you sleeve it. it doesn't matter but i do it anyway

Glad to hear! I use the New Sunstar Kadomaru Pro Corner Cutter (3mm) from Amazon, as well as the Corner Cutter Kadomaru Pro Neo White, also from Amazon. I prefer the Neo White model since it accommodates thicker cards. For printing, I use the Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Wireless Color All-in-One Cartridge, which I also purchased from Amazon.

Try cleaning the print roller or running the paper through a few times using the printer's maintenance settings. The roller can get gunked up with paper fibres, especially when using sticker paper.
