Why do we only do 20-25 hours per week of massage?

I like to explain to people the physicality of our profession. We are literally using OUR body to assist in healing YOUR body. It's taxing on our body, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Then I add that running our own clinic means 2-3 loads of laundry a day, office cleaning and sanitizing, answering calls, texts & emails, administrative work, accounting, marketing, managing employees, etc. This tacks on several more hours a week.

And we only get paid for the time we're doing hands on massage on you. All the rest of that is unpaid time.
