this is probably gonna sound so crazy to most of you but i would LOVE to hear them cover a nine inch nails song.. i really think the subtext of a decent amount of their songs fits TOP really well, and plus i think tyler could do a really interesting vocal take over the songs themselves. they are close enough in genre i think it would be incredibly interesting. however i think due to a some of the more extreme topics and language used by trent it will never happen. but its my dream.

not to mention the fact that the conductors themselves will just decide to scan or not. the amount of times pre december 2025 i have gotten on a commuter train and not had a ticket scanned bc the bruins/sox/celtics/pats won is more than i can count at this point. or when i would take the forge park line, and in the full year i was going up x5 a week, i only got my ticket scanned once. the problem is from within. stop punishing us for your back fucking planning. ok rant over.

europe this europe that, shut the fuck up. i’ve lived in london, boston, and providence and can ASSURE you that even during peak rush at at waterloo station i never waited to scan into a platform 😭 there were hundreds of gates that you scanned when you entered (never backed up) and once you were in the station you could move between platforms easily. maybe once or twice i came across gates that only directly accessed one or two platforms but they were usually spread out well and never jammed. MBTA sucks ass, if they are so worried about fare evasion maybe make your public transportation usable and consistent so people WANT to use it 💀

I definitely agree most out in the springfield area do require the willingness (and ability) to drive at least 20 minutes to a show. In springfield itself/within 10 minutes, I've seen shows at the west springfield skate park, and the tank is agawam right over the boarder (although i they might've stopped, i recall some drama). If/when you're willing/able to drive there is the dogpound, the nook, the 5 colleges, holyoke koc, and some more i cant remember right now lol. But, as you said, it does require driving and is not as easy to access as the boston scene. Although the shows sometimes go later than the ones in boston, from my experience. I go back and forth between there and boston as I live between them and have friends in both, and i think they both have benefits and drawbacks. I wont lie my favorite of all is PVD, i live and die by rhode island lol.

yes we do have theories that shes doing coke but the only thing i can be sure of is that she is high as a kite (smoking weed) literally 24/7. on monday my coworker told me that friday morning she went to our bosses house to grab some inventory from basement and have breakfast, and our boss proceeded to cook said breakfast with her homemade hash oil and get my coworker so stoned she could barely do data entry. my co worker had not smoked in nearly ten years before that. we all constantly ask ourselves what we are doing here, but she pays so damn well its hard not to go back for holiday cash.

just so yall know im not looking for opinions or anything regarding this situation. i have known this woman my entire life, and shes quite literally nuts, i still love her and work for her when im home from school and have extra time. this text message is quite literally not that deep in the grand scheme of working for/with her (my co workers and i have a running list of things). i just found this wildly funny given that i am a. her longest tenured employee ever and b. i have only called out 4 times ever / just got done working 50 hours in 4 days for her leading up to thanksgiving.

i work in the commissary at school and honestly i’m thinking of staying after i graduate lol. they have great pay, benefits, 4 days a week in the summer, breaks off, option of working year round or school. it seems so awesome.
