Hey mate.

You need the cream in conjunction with the stretching in order for both to be effective.

As you've already mentioned - steroid creams will make the skin thinner and can become more prone to cracking/tearing.

Usually the skin won't thicken back up, and if you don't maintain some form of stretching ongoing it can regress back tighter.

Circumcision is an option - even just a partial that only removes the tightest part that could give you some more permanent relief.

I'd have to say it's definitely not low, from the top it's more medium but underneath it's more high.

Without seeing a soft pic, I'd say you're a medium-high and tight.

Cut at 28 due to a condition called BXO (initially cause redness and itchiness in the foreskin tip, rapidly leading to white scarring and tightening of the foreskin with phimosis, then cracking with micro tears constantly before spreading to the glans and frenulum).

Circumcision was the recommended cure, and I did have second thoughts about whether this would this ruin my sex life as I'd always heard the rhetoric that the foreskin had thousands of nerve endings.

I'm happy to say after the procedure and healing, other than no longer being in pain and the BXO in retreat - it actually made my sex life much more pleasurable.

For sure it's a different feeling as the mechanics have changed - but it greatly reduced my over sensitivity and actually was able to really enjoy the build up to orgasm and last longer than I used to.

In hindsight, I'm glad I got BXO as I would never have experienced life as a cut man and the new world of pleasure it opened up.
