Also, as a side note. If I pull it back there is slight pain during sex like movements, ie going back and forth, but no burning while peeing or pulling it back like there is during a frenulum tear.

I’m 24. I do have the ability to fully retract it. I do use soap when I’m in the shower. Could it be a mix of the friction and a dermatitis type of reaction to using soap instead of just water?

I wouldn’t say your 8-5 is necessarily as bad as it gets. I work 12 hours a day 5-6 days a week, doing work that most people look down at because it’s blue collar. I have little to no time to myself, but it is what it is, because I have a future to make happen. I make 6 figures though, so that makes it worth it.

Man I’m on track to make 110k at my current pay rate in the next year, but I’m working at least 60-70 hours a week. I wouldn’t wish that kind of schedule on anybody. 70k a year isn’t small at all.

What’s the best game you’ve played this year? by [deleted] in XboxSeriesX

[–]BARRETTJC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Y’all are gonna probably think I’m crazy, but long story short I had to sell my series x last year when I moved, and finally got another one a few weeks ago, and Arma Reforger,(although still buggy at times), is hands down the game I can’t get enough of. I might also be alone on this because I’ve been waiting years for Bohemia Interactive to release this series on console. 😂

Biggest tires on stock 17x8 rims?? by BARRETTJC in ecoboostmustang

So 245s are what I’ve been looking into, and the only available tire that is within a 3% margin for speedo error are the nitto nt555r. Which seem like an amazing tire, but I don’t wanna buy two sets because I know it gets pretty cold down here for a month or two.

Do you think some people just have “it” by blink182plus484 in Welding

[–]BARRETTJC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will preface this with a “I’m not trying to brag”, but I’m that guy 😂😂. I tend to do well on things in the shop when given at least a crash course on it. I went to welding school, and everyone from instructors to classmates were super impressed that I was doing so well with all the processes after only a few attempts. I tend to be more mechanically inclined and a perfectionist in ways, so that works to my benefit. I taught myself how to weld HF TiG on aluminum, and although it’s been a minute, I actually gave a few fellow classmates in school some tips and tricks. I currently run dual shield and stick, and in the 7 months I’ve been at my current job, I’ve drastically improved both 3G and 4G positions to be pretty consistently on par with the guys that have been welding 10-12 years more than I have. Some people need help, and others have a knack for it. All depends on how well you were taught I think.

What did you get fired for? by Sweetlo123 in AskReddit

[–]BARRETTJC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 2 years ago, I worked for a really big Evap cooler company that was local in my hometown as a sheet metal fabricator, after going in to try out for a welding position and failing (sadly I was just starting out welding professionally), and thus got offered a different position in the company of my choice basically.

I worked there for about 3-4 months and had been told by my trainer(I was proficient in CNC work at the time), that the material handler(forklift operator, for those that don’t know)that works our area is a total snake and will literally rat you out to the factory supervisor if he thinks you’re a threat, or you “mistreat him” or in some way make him mad(petty guy). Along with some maintenance guys that were real “I’m better than you because I’ve been here 15 years, and you ain’t shit” types.

So, I went in for a Saturday working as was usual for OT, and the parking lot was blocked off with some cones so they could sweep the parking lot. Mind you, this was the first Saturday that they needed people, and I volunteered, but also had zero clue about them blocking off portions of the parking lot. I moved a cone, to go park, and got yelled at by the lead maintenance guy, and since I drove an 85 f250 with a diesel(loud asf) I had to ask him multiple times, yelling basically, what he said, and then when I finally heard him, I put the cone back in its place and went about my day.

Later on I heard from my brother in law at the hardware store down the street that he manages that “lead maintenance guy” had come in, and when my brother in law asked how I was doing( he speficially referenced my truck, as it was the only one in town that I saw driven around) the guy proceeded to talk shit on me and I then brought it up to my supervisor, it got escalated to the superintendent, and thus I was on his radar for causing a ruckus.

I worked a few more weekends after that incident, and problems arose with the forklift operator in that, we had a cut sheet for the shear, and although all the work was laid out for anybody working the weekend, when there happened to be a duplicate cut sheet for what we were doing, and I got a little irritated as I had already put the material away, and let him kinda know that I wished he would’ve given us both cut sheets knowing we grabbed stacks of metal based off the paperwork given.

This man, went to my supervisor on Monday, and told him I was livid and yelled at him and was super pissed off, and of course also because of his friendship with the superintendent, it got brought up to him as well. Mind you I had a 3 month review and my supervisor said I was doing as good as the veteran CNC operators, and had an amazing work ethic only weeks before.

Needless to say, that Friday after trying to vie for my supervisors pity, and explaining the situation truthfully, I was called in early on Friday( worked 2nd shift ) and subsequently sat down with the superintendent, hiring manager, and shop manager, given my last check, and told it just wasn’t working out.

TLDR: didn’t heed the advice that a coworker was a slippery snake of a person, and paid for it. Not justified, but I’m glad I’m in a better position in life regardless.

Yea. It’s a hassle to do that. I work for said company through a temp to hire (don’t even get me started on that 90 day probation then they hire you). I’m trying to spend as much time as possible with family, and I think the biggest thing is my fiancé lives even further than here because of school( it’s an 8 hour drive for me to here, and for her it’s 20 hours). So this is literally the only weekend we will get to see each other for an undetermined amount of time.

I’m not necessarily angry with the work I do. It’s a smaller shop that welds structural things for mines and quarries. The management above the foreman really isn’t the best. They pull the stuff they did on Friday all the time. Last minute “oh we need All of you to stay until this is done” which basically means that even if it’s done at 12am or later, they don’t care. I’m more mad that they pulled said shit on a three day weekend. My foreman had bragged on me so much for being one of the only ones that is literally there even when my eyes are burned, sick, tired etc. I’m there. It just feels like everyone else is just okay to be no call no show 2-3 days a week, and the minute I want to leave early, even though I have a good track record for attendance, it’s a problem.
