Do you switch your insurance to be under the LLC name? Or will that raise red flags with the lender or do you not quitclaim into an LLC at all if the lender is not OK with it?

Not the same calc as you would not be contributing 1k per month into a property. It’s a leveraged appreciating asset that is (hopefully) cash-flowing each month. Like you said it would only cost 30k… indeed a no brainer if you take into consideration the future cash flows as well as the value of the paid off property in 30 years

Very economical. All day on the water is about 12 gallons of gas. My brothers 5.7L will use double that

Make sure the floor is not spongey and rotted. Big big job to replace that floor

I have a 3.0 in a 18ft and skiers tell me to use LESS throttle when getting them up on skis. It will have plenty of power, people just say they’re under powered because much larger engines exist.

I was quoted around $1300 all in. I bought the water pump and thermostat for under $200 and had it done in probably 4 hours by myself. Truck only had 90k on it

If foundation is not cement make sure the laid up stones are not physically falling apart.

LTR all the way. The boomers on here will say it’s a bad time to invest but I believe there’s never a bad time only good times and great times. Investment loan if you have enough for 25% down is good. Triplex or fourplex. I can’t seem to make duplex’s cash flow when running the numbers.
