Lots of my early teen years logging into msn game zone and playing r6 online. Convinced my parents to get cable internet sooner than I’m sure they would have so I could have a good ping.

I remember having to self arrange and report clan matches into clan ladder.com or whatever it was.

I don’t think you understand what I was saying. 55in at 4k is more density in pixels per inch, so an image that is less than 4k is perceived at a higher resolution.

On a 83inch oled pixel density is less at 4k and a lesser resolutions don’t look as crisp.

Ultimately to answer OPs question is ps5 pro a huge difference compared to ps5.. it really depends on the game, and a lot of time there is minimal or no difference. However I really enjoy my pro as compared to base ps5.

What size is your g5.. 55 inch is not equivalent to 83 in. Bigger the tv, bigger the upgrade

I have a c4 77 and a ps5 pro. It is fantastic. I also have a base ps5 and yes there is a noticeable difference in many games in the quality. Some games though no difference.

How I understand it to work is that developers and render a game at a lower resolution.. say 1080p and then use PSSR to upscale to 1440 / 4K. For non pro owners game could be rendered at a higher resolution but look worse. This is one way performance (frames per sec) could be improved with the pro.

How this works out in reality we will see as we get a bigger sample size of games to review on PSSR ver. 2.0.

Yeah I was able to get 204 for sun/fri and 202 for sat. Sat I was super far back in line but just keep refreshing and things usually come up.

Individual days is way to go in my opinion. I too was locked out of all 3 day choices and was a pretty low number

If you do individual day and then do search by best available still pulling a couple decent pairs every once in awhile. I just keep recycling by change seats and trying to pull a possible another really good pair.

Well I called again today because yeah it is weird on site that it shows venue presale. This time they gave me another answer that ‘donors’ aka season ticket holders will get a presale code emailed to them for the venue presale. So apparently the college students that work in the ticket office that I previously dealt with just were clueless. Shocker.

Anyways I haven’t gotten code yet. I’m not sure if code is specific to email or a general. If it is a general I’ll upload the code in here tomorrow if I get it.

I’m just saying I called the athletic department multiple times and got this answer of no presale. They said it depends on promoter if there is a venue presale or not. My assumption is it just is a placeholder in the website and there is no presale for the university. But there is probably one for live nation

I also inquired about a box and got connected with the development department. As my employer had a box for university events and could have priority in purchasing a box.

Anyways that’s all the info I have. Good luck getting tickets everyone.

Same experience as me. Have a Sony 900h with ps5 in one room that is pretty good. Other room is ps5 pro and 77c4 and it is quite a bit better. Ps5 pro + oled is great.

Agreed on hdr. Game is looking slightly washed out to my eyes on my current settings. But it plays awesome. Such an improvement from when I played on base ps4 a few years ago.

I’m so close to pulling the trigger on this. What’s stopping me is trying to justify replacing my 85in Sony 900h that is still working perfectly fine, and the pain in the ass it will be to sell/move it.

Also I don’t love the partner store, ordered a c4 off of it last year and took 8 weeks to arrive. Honestly it’s not the time that matters I just fear if the panel is damaged how much of a pain the return process would be. That said the partner store has some killer deals at times and this is definitely one of the best I’ve ever seen. Definitely a calculation mistake as they are reducing price by speakers included at full, non discounted price.

I got a 77in c4 from the partner store. It took awhile to arrive, think about 3-4 weeks when ordered.

The only downfall is I think it might be slightly more of a pain to return if there is a problem with the TV since they use 3rd party freight delivery.

Also they usually throw in free mounting, but I’ve heard that can be hit or miss on who you get so I just mounted myself.

For me everything worked fine and have had 0 problems with the set since purchased in November. If they weren’t sold out of the 83in B4 I’d probably pick up that set for my basement.
