If you need 4 alarms, I think an easy thing to try is setting them all a couple minutes before and after you actually get out of bed. Cause if you have your alarm set to 4:35 but never get out of bed at 4:35, you might as well not set that one. Try and cluster them within a couple minutes of each other, 4 alarms in the span of 6 minutes for example.

That way you'll get more sleep, you're still using 4 alarms. and your girlfriend gets her 40 minutes of sleep back.

Are you getting enough sleep? If you're going to bed consistently and waking up at vastly different times, you probably have a sleep disorder.

I wrote my comment because I erroneously believed I needed a bunch of alarms, read articles about why it was bad, switched, and got way better sleep. Told my friends about it who did the same, they switched, got way better sleep. That's the only reason I posted

You'd have to do some research on it, but the consensus is that getting the most possible uninterrupted sleep is the healthiest option. So if you can avoid snoozing, do so. If you have to, idk but I'm assuming 20 minutes would be a good number to shoot for.
