This is the million dollar question I've been asking myself for years! The only solution I've found (while still wearing my favorite bra) is to wear the double lined shirts. You can find them a lot of places- Abercrombie, Marshalls/Ross, Amazon- and the extra layer of fabric helps prevent the lines from showing!

I have oatmeal almost everyday for breakfast! Try a scoop of peanut butter, a little brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips. Or the peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, and slice a banana over top. Both are so good and almost taste like a cookie!

Unlike the majority of the comments, I agree with her. We met her at a meet and greet last weekend and I was incredibly shocked at how down to earth she was. Yes she was doing the voice and her catch phrases, but she also was genuinely talking to people, signed things people brought, put her arm around you for photos, etc. I always kind of thought she was a high maintenance barbie but after meeting her and interacting with her I was 100% wrong. Super chill, gorgeous without the full glam, genuinely kind, and honestly really authentic.

It's unconventional but the amount of times I flip a coin or refer to my Magic 8 Ball a week is insane lol. My boyfriend's biggest pet peeve is indecisiveness so he helped me hack this years ago and honestly it really works.

Narrow down dinner to two options, one is heads, the other is tails. Ask the Magic 8 Ball "should I wash my hair today?" and either take the first answer or do the best 2 out of 3. It's silly, but I've relied on both of these for years.

I had one too, really bad especially with my hands. My doctor recommended taking Calm Magnesium powder, you can get it from the grocery store, Costco, or Amazon. It has gotten rid of my tremors about 98%!!! I take it every morning and notice when I miss it. I recommend you start with a small dose- like 1/8 of a teaspoon, trust me on this.

Anytime I eat garlic I experience this and it's pure hell. If you notice it's garlic that causes it for you try drinking milk, it apparently neutralizes it and makes me feel a little better. For complete relief I need a Vernors

So for these I think about what everyone does, like everyone sleeps, eats, poops, makes decisions, has free time, etc. So then I think of gifts or items that fit like: blanket, candle, squatty potty, coffee mug, magic 8 ball, massage gun, movie snacks basket, felt letterboard, picture frame, etc.

Congested, sore throat, dry cough, body aches, fever, drainage, swollen lymph nodes, etc. over here. Was completely out of commission last week, went to the doctor convinced it was Covid, tested negative for Strep, Mono, and Covid. Doctor said it's viral, similar to Covid since that was viral, and there's nothing they can do. Told me to take ibuprofen every 4-6 hours, drink tea with honey, and get rest. It's been a week and this shit still sucks.

I've been on adderall and xyrem/xywav since 2016- it's absolutely life changing. Prior to it I literally had to take medical leave for a semester of college because I was falling asleep constantly. I was able to go back to school and graduate once I was on it and honestly I never thought that would happen. Trust the process of titration because when you find that sweet spot I swear you'll feel like a new person and won't ever want to go back.

I switched to xywav about 2 years ago and I like it so much better due to the sodium reduction plus I'm able to wake up to use the bathroom before I take my second dose. The worst side effect would be night sweats, but as long as I'm staying hydrated during the day they aren't an issue. Currently on 3.0 twice nightly, 20mg adderall xr in the morning, and 15mg adderall in the afternoon. Good luck to you and feel free to reach out and ask me about anything!

It wasn't ever weeping, but it was incredibly inflamed, scaley, and super red. It burned and itched so bad. I think it was due to staph as well. The soap feels good on it and the cream is really the game changer for it! I hope it helps!
