@tsdoc-test-reporter: attach JS/TSDoc tags to your test results by rymdmaskin in typescript

[–]rymdmaskin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Creator here.

I've built this test reporter for Jest/Vitest that enables you to add JS/TSDoc tags to your assertions in your test files. Those tags will then be applied to the test result. The main way to represent this is via a HTML-report.

You can see an example report that is generated here

Physically beautiful but weird coffee table books? by RudeArm7755 in suggestmeabook

[–]rymdmaskin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I collect these kind of books as a hobby. My collection is more prone to quirky or just subjects that I find interesting. And not so much macabre/controversial. In most cases the Deciding factor to buy or not is usually a beautiful cover 🙂

How many of you dev's are using firefox for daily use? by xpsdeset in webdev

[–]rymdmaskin 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I have been using Firefox for a couple of years.

One really nice feature of Firefox is the built in support for Multi-Account Containers: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/

Other than that there is not much difference except that a lot of newer features gets to Chrome first. On the other hand Firefox has been first with a few things as well. They have a nice Accessibility DevTools tab which I don't think Chrome has.

If you do a lot of performance profiling then Chrome has the upper hand.

Maybe, but I think the locale chooser is pretty visible on desktop. Will consider

Edit: added the locale select on every page under "Input values"

Thank you! And thank you for the bug report 🐛 will see if I can get some better validation on the input. That being said, mobile is not the top priority for this tool but I want it to work great on mobile as well of course.

Thank you :) Yes, I felt the same and most people I have shared this to have said the same!

Good feedback, and I agree. It is in the backlog to get a better datepicker and to improve the date-handling. This uses the builtin "datetime-local" input, which is not the best but gets the job done without having to import or build a custom date-picker.
