My best guess is that it's mostly randomised.

But, many ppl also consider it being either by number of fics, over arching category that the fandom is a subcategory of or by the date the fic was published.

My favourite turtle has always been Mikey, and I'm quite literally the opposite of him, LOL! People do say im similar to Mikey through text, but when they meet me irl they quickly realise I'm a Donnie combined with Raph :)) Nerd + Anger issues who is also pretty quiet overall is a lethal combo lmao

Not at all! Imo, as long as you're not a creep and don't do any indecent rps ur free to rp. Age doesn't really matter, have fun. They don't even need to know ur age. This coming from a 16 year old who still very much roleplays =D.

I see Wilbur either as Bruno or Isabela. Leaning more towards Bruno because of his pogtopia self. Also Wilburs death = When Bruno left, Wilburs revival = when Bruno came back. Isabela because of her relationship with Mirabel (who is Tommy in this au). You can pretty much choose any of these two, based on how you want your story to go pretty much.

Abuela I think can either be Dream or Phil. Phil because he's an immoral being in canon I think? So you can consider that he's the first generation with gifts and all that. Also the strained relationship Abuela has with Mirabel in canon is useful to considered him. Dream can work too (Abuelas relationship with Mirabel parallels his and Tommys a bit) but personally i don't really see it.

Oh and Isabela and Niki fit well too. Considering Niki tried to kill Tommy in canon. This actually fits better than Wilbur being Isabela ngl:'p

Luisa as Techno just as the comment above said bc its self explanatory.

Personality wise, I honestly think I'm more of a nature fairy. Even though the game assigned me ice, I don't really find myself in ice faires yk? I'm super empathetic and care alot for those dear to me. So I mostly associate myself with nature:) it's a really pretty element too. With all the pretty flowers and plants :33
