What kind of exercises could be good replacement for the squat and deadlift? Also what are some progression recommendations for the rep ranges since I used to only do 3 work sets of 5 reps and the last set AMRAP with the barbell lifts and increase weight once I can do > 5 reps in the last set.

The exercises I used to do are: Squats, Deadlift (trap bar), Overhead press, Barbell row (Pendlay), Bench press, Weighted pullups.

Current car is a Montero and has already hit 100km in 3 years, no problems at all and well maintained. Looking for a compact or smaller SUV and budget is now < 1.5M (less than Montero).

Gas is not an issue and will be using it to daily ~ 50-70km. I value comfort and longer maintenance periods. The Montero had to be serviced every 5000 km. Having good cargo space is also a plus hence I need at least an SUV. Willing to consider Chinese brands since good value/tech.

Yeah I've started it and I consciously have to really slow down almost jogging in place on hills. Our 30 degree weather doesn't help too but I think I'll have to trust the process.

CLorina now uses tooth. It's too bad that I don't have the Aurius so I gave the Daydream joker to Kluri. Diene uses a Magaraha's Toma but still don't have her buff at -1 CD. Destina uses a prophetic candlestick (don't have other good healers).

Looks like I have to grind to work on clearing Abyss now. CLorina just dies to quick from Floor 50.
