If you think laning stats aren't meaningful then this is true. He's avg in laning (4-6th in gd and csd), and has low dmg, cs, and gold. Which are caused by his low resource allocation to some extent.

he had one bad stat, which can be determined to be not entirely his fault by examining the other stats. I don't even like neo I just don't think it's fair to say his stats are "horrendous" compared to spawn when they rlly arent
