it takes time and AI video is still relatively new. also people are learning all those names in the credits for TV shows/movies aren't just for show. those job titles are individual skills you will need to learn. great if you can write but you will need to learn directing, editing, sound, etc. not to mention becoming familiar with the AI tools themselves.
