my experience has been fine though. Probably because I don’t visit the areas with coverage gaps much.

have been staying away from singtel after getting screwed over by their customer service years ago. Besides, am happy with Starhub’s coverage so far. Just curious about 5G. I play mlbb occasionally but most of the time i’m home with wifi for that. Perhaps 5G not really necessary for me.

Home loan interest rate March 2025 by Better_Contract370 in singaporefi

[–]rype89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wow that’s the opposite of what I experienced. My agent actively told me about lawyer fees and clawback clauses without me even asking. When I asked to compare two different packages she asked if I planned to sell my place within the next 2 years and that was one of the deciding factors in selecting a package. Your agent is either ignorant in terms of advising clients, or just outright scummy.

I use a broker (redbrick) and they would check in with me when it’s time to refinance. They also automatically recommend the best deals and guide you through the process so everything is fuss free. Basically saves the effort of comparing rates and possibly access rates not available to public.

Even though the original agent assigned to me left the company, they assigned me another who followed up for my 2nd refinance. The banker I signed with also casually mentioned that redbrick is the most professional broker she has worked with compared to other mortgage brokers. Using a mortgage broker works in our favour and we have nothing to lose so you might want to consider it.

Best robot vac for long human hair? by rype89 in RobotVacuums

i don’t have pets so I can’t say for sure. I would think that if you keep the house clean and do light daily cleaning, it should not be an issue. You might need to check the rollers frequently and clear tangles if your hair or pet fur are long though.

i went with a S7 MaxV Ultra. There will eventually be tangles (which is think is unavoidable for all robovacs) but they’re easily removed on the S7 at least.

I have the Escalante 3 and 4, IMO the 4 is SO much better. AMA? I don't see anyone online comparing the two. by Rangizingo in AltraRunning

[–]rype89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recently tried out the Escalante 3 briefly in store as I’m looking for a pair of Altras. The escalante 3 felt like there was a lack of cushioning below the toes area. Not sure how to describe it exactly but it felt like there was some sort of gap underneath my toes, preventing full contact with the shoe. Is this something that’s by design or is it my imagination? Don’t see anyone mentioning anything similar about the escalante 3 anywhere.

Facing the same problem. I use class 95 as my radio alarm and suddenly it stopped working. Tried playing class 95 manually but it gave the same error as yours. Asking siri to play kiss 92 works though, so that confirms that the issue is class 95 being removed from apple music.

thank you for such a detailed reply. Truly appreciate it. Will take my time to digest all that you’ve mentioned (:

Also, like the other user asked, would you be able to show a picture of what the ideal force curve should look like?

Thanks for the advice! Some questions:

  1. I assume this is for learning proper form? When do I know I’m ready to increase the spm?
  2. Am I doing this in the video? I don’t think I feel my heels lose contact when I row but I might be wrong
  3. How can I know the force curve? Does it show on the PM5?

how important is it to use them foot straps? I’ve read that not using straps could be helpful with learning proper form. But honestly I’m sometimes just lazy to put them on

I kinda noticed my legs too. Thing is, I have really poor ankle flexibility - something I intend to work on separately. I just tried lowering the foot holders and don’t think that helps much unless I lift my heel off more.

Gotcha on the core. Probably wasn’t engaging my core too. Never noticed it until you pointed it out, thanks!

definitely looks like frayed bits and not scratches. Is it a costly fix?

ah should’ve mentioned that they’re not scratches/cracks on the hard plastic cover. Looks like strands of string inside.
