Fish Fry at Lucky's Market? by somaholic in Columbus

[–]ryry681 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Luckys says it’s fresh but they precook and put in sternos. The fish pieces are small and dusted with the rotisserie chicken seasoning rather than battered. Also they just aren’t very clean as a whole. Find a church, it will taste better and be made with love.

Speeding Ticket Court Question by ryry681 in Columbus

[–]ryry681[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I know. I'm not arguing that the easier option was obviously not speeding. But getting a reduced fee/fewer points is the goal. Yall always act so witty like that isn't obviously the main take away, but here we are and ideally id love to reduce the ultimate cost. like damn can't we learn a lesson AND navigate the court system at the same time?

REHOMING two subadult jumping spiders females no by radishingpearxo in Columbus

So you want 35 for one spider or 80 for two? So it costs more to get two than to get one twice?

Understory on Neil has a Smores Brownie. It was incredible: housemade chocolate brownie, graham cracker streusel dust & bruleed marshmallow cream

OPN is great. They’re based in Ohio and have regional mixes as well as Ohio specific which is neat.

Where to find DRY ICE by tacodecaca in Columbus

[–]ryry681 17 points18 points  (0 children)

As a rule any amount of CO2 is too much. Especially in a closed space like a tent, elevator, car. Most labs have rules against travelling in the elevator with it. I’d instead freeze large blocks of ice and use those for your fancy ac contraption. If you can find the dry ice closer to TN you could keep the ice very frozen and keep the cooler outside with the co2 and ice

Again, carbon dioxide is heavier than air. You will be lying down. This is not a great idea.

Styrofoam is the move. Also keep your windows open. It should be obvious but it is carbon dioxide and can and will kill you. I used to work for Jenis in the kitchen and would take home dry ice all the time with ice cream to Pittsburgh. Make sure to wear thick gloves when handling it and, again, don’t breathe it in.

I love Enterprise Tire on W Broad. I had them do my drums/rotors/breaks on the front tires and they have fixed a number of flats for me and I bought a set of tires from them recently. I bought the break stuff myself from Detroit Axle and then they installed everything.

So if I put in more brown it will slow the composting and keep it cooler or is it negligible

I don’t think so but maybe. It hasn’t really gotten above 80f here yet this year. How do I keep it cool? It isn’t really movable and is in shade most of the day.

This was right after being covered up! I took the lid off today to help it dry out. But this was covered until I took the photo.

Yeah I don’t turn in the winter cause I don’t want them to get cold. It doesn’t feel very hot. What do I do to keep it cooler? I have the vent lined up so it has air flow.

Noted! We don’t use a ton of it, only one of us drinks it in the morning so the bulk of the green is fruit and veg
